The TRCN100 - 12N mud desilter comes fully equipped with 100mm polyurethane hydrocyclones, a mud trough, a manifold, a motor, a shale shaker, a base, and all requisite connections. The hydrocyclone has a cylindrical upper section featuring a tangential suction tube and a central overflow tube. Its lower part is conical, with a bottom silt discharge tube. The upper and lower parts are joined by a hoop.
Functioning as a third - class solids control device in drilling operations, the mud desilter is designed to eliminate solid particles sized between 20 - 40 µm from the drilling liquid. This particular desilter model has undergone numerous reforms over years of practical applications. It offers reliable technical performance and delivers outstanding treatment outcomes. Its cyclone is characterized by a long lifespan and stable operation. As a result, it is suitable for a wide variety of oilfield drills.
